- Drive cross-functional process improvements.
- Oversee ERP and BI systems.
- Implement AI and automation across finance operations to improve efficiency and scalability.
3. Financial Operations
- Oversee the complete flow of funds, from donation to grant distribution.
- Manage accounting controls, bank and trust accounts in Israel and the U.S., liquidity, deposits, foreign exchange exposure, banking relationships, and payment processing costs.

- Lead annual and multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management.
- Monitor revenue and fee performance.
- Own pricing models and financial modeling within the product.
- Evaluate the financial aspects of strategic partnerships and business opportunities.

- Oversee the investment portfolios supporting donor-advised funds.
- Work closely with investment managers and the Investment Committee.
- Report investment performance to donors.
- Develop new philanthropic giving structures, including real estate and publicly traded securities donations.
6. Donors & Foundations
- Prepare financial reports for foundations and strategic partners.
- Build relationships with major donors.
- Lead financial due diligence for significant grant allocations.
7. Audit, Compliance & Tax
- Manage external audits and work closely with the Audit Committee and external auditors.
- Ensure regulatory reporting and compliance in Israel (Proper Management Certificate, Section 46) and the U.S. (IRS).
- Oversee internal controls, risk management, insurance, anti-money laundering (AML), and fraud prevention.
