Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a creative, full-stack marketer who’s as comfortable building strategy as they are executing it. You think like an owner, thrive on making things happen, and love connecting the dots between brand, data, and user experience.

As Jgive’s Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be managing an employee, you’ll report also to the CEO, and play a key role on the executive team — collaborating across departments and managing external partners.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leading and executing marketing programs end-to-end in collaboration with different departments (B2B and B2C) to effectively drive revenue and growth.
  • Manage marketing vendors supporting paid campaigns, content and other marketing initiatives.
  • Plan and run creative and compelling campaigns to optimize user acquisition, retention and churn, and build successful email marketing flows to engage users.
  • Manage communications and content (website, PR initiatives, SEO, AEO/GEO) and create compelling stories to enhance the brand.
  • Support the organisation with product marketing efforts and sales materials.
  • Propel Jgive’s initiatives and ideas, help bring them to life in a creative way.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience with employees or teams, and 4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing funnels for B2B or B2C SaaS.
  • Strong analytical mindset: skilled with dashboards, analytics, and performance tracking tools. You test, measure, and iterate relentlessly.
  • Content-driven marketer: proven experience with storytelling, messaging, media relations, or event planning.
  • Collaborative approach: success working in matrix teams and managing freelancers or cross-functional projects.
  • Full-stack skills: Proficient in CRM, email marketing, and customer engagement tools (Customer.io, Webflow), GA4, PPC (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and trend-savvy with emerging AI tools.
  • Fluent English (native or near-native level).
Advantages:
  • With both B2B and B2C SaaS products.
  • A fintech or social startup background.
  • Familiarity with the nonprofit and philanthropy ecosystem.
Please note:
  • Full-time position
  • Personal development with a mentorship budget and growth trajectory into building your own team in the future
