Darkhei Noam is a nonprofit organization that conducts wilderness survival training for Israeli youth at risk. The wilderness experience fosters group cohesion and personal growth.

Darkhei Noam funds 75% of the cost of each survival training course. The balance of the cost is provided by participating organizations.

Darkhei Noam was founded in 2009 to perpetuate the memory of Noam Mayerson, killed in battle during Israel’s Second Lebanon War.

Contributions can also be made by check payable to Darkhei Noam and mailed to Darkhei Noam, Sederot HaMe’iri 13/3, Jerusalem, Israel 96107, or by bank transfer to the First International Bank of Israel (HaBein-Leumi), branch 12, account no. 631070.
