GESHER bridges the gaps between secular and religious Jews in Israel and builds a shared identity to hold us together. Ultimately, building a strong future for Israel and the Jewish people. Main strategies include educating youth, developing a cohort of leaders to advance coexistence, forming community roundtables to mediate conflict, leveraging the influence of media, programming for the public and creating a critical mass of people engaged in bridge-building between different communities in Israel.
