Otzarot - Women's Center for Body and Mind

Otzarot - A Women's Center for Body, Mind & Well-Being is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating spaces for healing, resilience, and personal growth for women across Israel. Through retreats, workshops, educational programs, and trauma-informed mind-body experiences, we support women navigating trauma, life transitions, emotional distress, and burnout, empowering them to rebuild a sense of safety, connection, and hope. Today, the Otzarot community includes more than 12,000 women from across the country.
Otzarot is uniquely positioned to create professional, safe, and inclusive spaces that bring together women from across Israeli society—religious, secular, and ultra-Orthodox—in an atmosphere of dignity, compassion, and mutual respect. Over the years, we have partnered with leading public institutions and nonprofit organizations, including the Tel Aviv–Yafo Municipality and the IDF Widows and Orphans Organization, delivering impactful healing programs for diverse communities.
Since the outbreak of the Swords of Iron War, we have significantly expanded our work to respond to the growing emotional and psychological needs of women affected by Israel's ongoing security reality, including military spouses, war widows, women directly impacted by the war, and families of hostages. Through the generosity of our donors, we provide scholarships, healing programs, retreats, and trauma-informed wellness experiences, ensuring that every woman who needs support can access professional care and a compassionate community, regardless of her financial circumstances.
