The Next Step is Israel's only nonprofit organization dedicated exclusively to empowering individuals living with limb loss and limb difference. We provide comprehensive support through rehabilitation programs, peer support, adaptive equipment, financial assistance, education, and community-building initiatives that help people regain independence and thrive.

We also work to advance rehabilitation and medical care through professional education, partnerships with healthcare providers, and access to innovative resources. Beyond direct services, we promote inclusion and disability awareness in schools and communities, advocate for equitable access to care, and create meaningful opportunities for individuals and families to connect, learn, and grow together.
