Netina was founded in 2000 by Rav Dreyfus zt”l to help poverty stricken residents of Netanya. The organization assists families in severe economic distress- including cases of actual hunger. We distribute over 900 aid packages a month in the greater Netanya area, which include food, clothing, cleaning supplies, baby food, and more. Netina’s close cooperation with the city’s welfare department makes it uniquely effective and Netina was twice awarded a medal of excellence for volunteer work by the mayor.
