Operating nationwide—from Safed to Be’er Sheva—the organization engages about 200 volunteers active in 20 medical centers and psychiatric wards, conducting regular visits and special activities during the holidays. In addition, the coalition runs a national 24/7 mental health support hotline and hosts weekly community gatherings. The coalition brings together individuals with lived experience, family members, professionals, educators, and academics to collaborate in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, grounded in real needs from the field and guided by up-to-date professional knowledge.
