Israel Employment Innovations (R.A.)

Founded in 2014, Israel Employment Innovation (IEI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting innovative solutions for Israel’s workforce, through well proven programs, mentoring, workshops, and targeted initiatives. IEI combines academic research, deep audience understanding, and practical tools to help individuals build confidence, adaptability, and employability in a rapidly changing job market. IEI’s programs include mentoring, career development workshops, “Job Clubs,” and the New Career Horizon program for reserve soldiers, providing both practical skills and personal empowerment. Guided by a team of experienced professionals and supported by senior leaders from Israel’s labor and education systems, IEI is building long-term pathways to employment and social stability. The Chessed Etrog Project is one of the initiatives that helps sustain and expand IEI’s mission. Rooted in Jewish values of chessed (loving kindness), the project connects global Jewish communities with Israel’s farmers near the Gaza border—supporting their resilience while raising funds to fuel IEI’s broader work in employment innovation.
