Beit Chana is an Israeli Board of Education religious-public school for young women. We have grades 7-12 including local students, as well as a dorm, some of whose residents are under the care if the Israeli welfare system. All the students are expected to take the Israeli matriculation exams during their final high school years. Beit Chana also has a Teachers College for women which is divided into a division for overseas students who earn an Israeli government issued Diaspora Teaching Certificate. The other division is an Israeli Teacher's College and grants students a BeD with the possibility for a special education track. The majority of our students continue on to earn their MS and even some PhD's. The student body is approximately 800, and the school is affiliated with Chabad-Lubavitch.
