Bet Israel Masorti Congregation and Community Center

Bet Israel has been serving the liberal Jewish community of Netanya for over 35 years. We are a fully egalitarian community where family members sit together during religious services and women and men are equally involved in all aspects of synagogue activity. Religious services include daily morning minyan. Bet Israel runs regular Tanach classes in both Hebrew and English. We have begun a dynamic Bat/Bar Mitzvah program. The only Masorti (Conservative) Congregation in Netanya, we reach out to our members in Hebrew, English, Russian, and Spanish. Our diverse congregation includes Hebrew, English, Russian, French and Spanish-speakers. We have We have provided practical support to help Russian immigrants integrate into Israeli society and provide opportunities to expand their knowledge of and involvement in Jewish traditions. We are also a community center. Our beautiful building is filled with activities like Israeli Dancing, mahjong, and bridge as well as educational activates, cultural events, movie nights and game nights. Our wide range of actives include events held on the premises and on line.
