The State of Israel is currently dealing with a "social epidemic" in everything related to the state of the youth. Almost
two years of Corona resulted in 3-5 times more school dropouts than previous years. In addition, emotional problems of anxiety and depression are a major problem in the education system and there is great difficulty in communicating with them.
The Talchles association provides a solution to these difficulties through an environment that allows youth and
young people at risk to put their talents to work and put them on a functional path in the new world of employment.
The flagship project is a workshop that operates education and welfare programs for youth and young people in risk
situations and trains them in technological fields relevant to the employment world of the 21st century. The workshop
is multidisciplinary and operates a matriculation program, an employment center, workshops for the general public,
therapeutic programs and more.
Techle's is made up of 4-6 departments in the technological fields of 3D printing, robotics and controllers, as well as
iron and wood, ceramics and jewelry departments.
