Helping the Helpers - The horrors displayed on October 7th will forever leave a scar on the souls of our nation. Civilians, first responders and rescue forces were exposed to shocking visuals that cannot be grasped by the human mind. People who bear witness to traumatic events are changed forever. Their reality will never be the same but in order for them to progress live in their new present form, their post trauma must be recognized and treated effectively. The existing Israeli NGO’s who works in the Trauma field in a national conflict basis focus mainly for retired soldier's from IDF, currently there are no similar solutions for civilians, rescue teams, identification teams, therapists and police forces. ‘Mashiv Haruach’ is an initiative who founded to support those people by building a support group and long term therapy and recognition so they know they are alone
