Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company

The Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company (KCDC) was established in the early 70’s in Kibbutz Ga'aton in the Western Galilee. KCDC is a unique story of pioneering artistic spirit that evolved into an internationally renowned dance company and thriving Dance Village. Today, KCDC is identified with the work of Artistic Director Rami Be’er whose exclusive and unique choreographic character has become the company’s trademark in Israel and abroad. The Dance Village is home to the Main Company, second company (KCDC 2), dance training programs, summer intensives, conferences, and outreach programs that bring dance to the wider community.
