Our Organization – Helping Families Grow Wings
Our organization provides holistic support to families seeking to create meaningful change in their lives. We act out of a deep belief in every person, in the power of the family unit, and in their ability to overcome challenges and thrive.
The organization was founded to identify the unique needs of each family, map them out, and build a comprehensive response to support their growth.
Our motto: “Helping Families Grow Wings – Not Giving Crutches.”
Our Key Areas of Activity:
• Emotional, Marital, and Parenting Counseling – Professional support for couples, individuals, and parents.
• Professional Development & Training – Funding courses and vocational training as a stepping-stone toward economic independence.
• Family Financial Counseling – Ongoing guidance to achieve healthy financial management and long-term stability.
• Interest-Free Loan Fund – Dedicated loans for specific purposes such as debt relief, bankruptcy discharge, or subsidizing an academic degree.
• “Takeoff Line” Career Mentorship Program – Designed for young adults aged 21–35 at critical crossroads in life. Through workshops and guidance from volunteer mentors, we help participants integrate into professional workplaces offering fair salaries and opportunities for advancement.
• “Together for Success” Learning Center – A tutoring and empowerment center for children from low-income families who struggle academically. We provide enrichment in core subjects such as math, Hebrew, and English for students in grades 1–8.
In addition, families supported by our organization receive tailored financial assistance based on their individual circumstances.
