The Fund for Innovative Teaching

The Fund for Innovative Education (NGO) provides support to Israeli teachers for creative and innovative educational programs in their classrooms, helping thousands of students in their preparation for their success in the future. Since its establishment in 1971 by the late Professor Marcella Brenner of Washington, DC, the NGO's "Springboard for Teachers" program has supported more than 2,280 groundbreaking educational initiatives, contributing and shaping the character of Israel’s education system in grades K-12. The children, who are the ultimate beneficiaries of Springboard's programs, come from Israeli urban centers, towns and Israel's periphery, and from all cultural, religions and ethnic groups.
