Since 2004, "Educational Bridge ", non profit Association, has been active in the fields of education, welfare, and the absorption of immigrants making repatriation .
Our Mission:
We believe that a strong family makes for a strong community, and a strong and empowered community is the base of a strong society. We aim to become the bridging gap between parents and their children, and between immigrants to Israeli society. We strive to build an independent and strong community that empowers individuals to undertake personal and societal responsibilities, and to promote inter-generational dialogue and understanding between the immigrants families themselves as well as between immigrants and native Israelis.
Our Approach:
Since our main goal is to aid the absorption of new immigrants into Israel, we complement Education and Welfare Department services and provide intensive individual and group work with the native language and culture as a framework. With this view, we develop culturally sensitive and unique projects in the fields of education and welfare, which are aimed to create a safety net for the immigrants and to advance the process of their absorption into Israel. In addition, we take an active role in forums and other organizations, on the local and national level, in order to advance the interests of the immigrants community and their absorption in Israel.
Our Specialty
Since we were once immigrants ourselves and coupled with years of professional experience, we have a deep understanding and familiarity with the region and population of Israel. For years we have successfully run numerous projects reaching a variety of populations, and have built trust and good relations with these intended population groups.
