About Us Chessed Menachem Mendel – Widow and Orphan Support Program, of Colel Chabad, was founded in honor of the Lubavitcher Rebbe, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson (ZYA). Operating under the auspices of Colel Chabad, the organization provides monthly financial support, holiday assistance, and a range of additional services, bringing relief, dignity, and hope to the most vulnerable members of our community.
