Koach Tzvika (The Power of Tzvika), founded in Memory of Captain Tzvika Kaplan, seeks to shift this reality and strengthen the connection between Jews worldwide.
Tzvika Kaplan was a soldier in the IDF who was killed in the 2014 Operation Protective Edge. He believed in the power of connecting people and educating the next generation about the historical role of Israel in the Survival of the Jewish people. After his death, Tzvika’s family established Koach Tzvika in his memory as a center that would bring people together using the open spaces of the Israeli terrain. Since 2015, Koach Tzvika has brought 19,000 participants from all walks of Israeli society together to take part in hikes, class trips and seminars in the beautiful Gilboa Region—an area that is not only beautiful, but also filled with history and Jewish heritage.
