MAPS Israel (Registered Nonprofit No. 516398716) is a non-profit organization operating since 2021 to develop breakthrough, evidence-based psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy treatments for individuals coping with PTSD and additional clinical indications.
In collaboration with leading hospitals and universities in Israel, and with the support of the Ministries of Health and Defense, the organization leads clinical research and training programs at the highest standards - positioning Israel at the forefront of research in this field.
MAPS Israel also operates a Knowledge Development Division through which research is conducted on various aspects of psychedelic psychotherapy - from developing ethical frameworks for the use of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, to empirical studies examining standards for therapist training—ensuring that the field remains safe, professional, and ethical at the highest level.
