O.T.S.D - OTZMA Self Defense

Since 2017, O.T.S.D - OTZMA Self Defense has been running empowerment programs for women, men and children of all ages as a means to help them return to a physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy way of life. During the coronavirus pandemic, the organization began helping families who had lost their livelihoods, and with them, the hope of returning to a life of stability. O.T.S.D. provides these families with a lifeline, helping them attain basic needs such as food, clothing and utilities, and financing professional therapy sessions to restore their self-esteem and build a strategy for all members of the household to return to a physically and mentally healthy and stable life.
