As part of our process, we introduce egg and milk alternatives to these companies. Together, we craft winning and uncompromising vegan recipes. The manufacturers in these facilities are not aware of the alternatives, but our food engineers continually show them it's even better! 👩🏻‍🔬👨🏽‍🔬 Familiarity with these alternatives and their success stories also opens the door for the next line of products these companies will produce, especially considering the cost reductions. After years of experience, we are now poised to take the project several steps further this year. We aim to collaborate with one of the largest mass production facilities, with the goal of creating uncompromising alternatives to beloved *holiday foods* found in every supermarket across Israel.
