Moked 109, Melabev’s telephone reassurance program, is a call center of trained volunteers who regularly check in on the welfare of of older adults. The service, which is provided free of charge to thousands of registered users, includes: ● Friendly check-in calls (nationwide) ● Guidance and assistance in obtaining services ● Help with errands such as purchasing food and medicine ● Home repairs (by appointment) ● Referrals for receiving hot meals ● Assistance with holiday preparation
