The Home for Cat Rescue Needs Your Support! For many years, we have worked hand in hand to rescue vulnerable cats from the streets. A few years ago, we made a life-changing decision to take on the rehabilitation and management of the Home for Cat Rescue association, which was on the verge of collapse. What we found was heartbreaking—an abandoned shelter, overgrown with wild vegetation, and hundreds of thin, sick, and miserable cats who would not have survived had the shelter closed. We worked tirelessly, driven by determination and a deep sense of purpose. With unwavering effort and the incredible support of a caring community, we managed to restore the shelter and transform it into a paradise for the 550 cats who now call it home! Over time, our shelter grew, more people joined our cause, and we continued to pour our time, hearts, and souls into ensuring its success. Since taking over, we have saved thousands of cats from certain death thanks to our in-house clinic, hospitalization unit, and rehabilitation facilities. These allow us to take in emergency cases—cats rescued straight from the streets with no one else to care for them. All of this is done with immense love but without any government support—only through the generosity of our incredible donors, who stand by us on this extraordinary journey. ❤️ This past year, our operations have expanded significantly, but unfortunately, our income has not kept pace. Recently, we have been facing increasing financial struggles, making it difficult to cover food, medical supplies, and shelter maintenance. We are severely understaffed and overwhelmed by the workload. We cannot continue much longer under this constant financial anxiety, which is affecting us all. We feel incredibly lucky to run a place that does so much good—not just for the cats but also for the many volunteers who dedicate their time to helping. However, if we cannot overcome this crisis, the shelter may face challenges that will be extremely difficult to recover from.
