Rehabilitation of the elders from the settlements around Gaza

State of emergency - the association for the elderly in Eshkol needs donations for long-term care, support and rehabilitation of the elderly population in MA. Eshkol, and for equipment in the field of physical and cognitive rehabilitation, as well as therapists in the field of emotional support, for 2,500 elderly people in the Gaza Strip. The association for the elderly in Eshkol, Neve Eshkol, is located in the heart of the Eshkol Regional Council in the Gaza Strip. The association has been operating for the past twenty years as the central professional body in the council which provides welfare and leisure, resilience and care to the elderly in the community throughout the continuum of old age. The association believes in promoting and preserving a healthy old age and does everything in its power to strengthen social resilience and encourage activities in the field. On Shabbat Simchat Torah, hundreds of terrorists crossed the fence and entered the council's settlements and committed an indescribable massacre. Among the dead are the elderly and their families. Also among the abductees to the Gaza Strip there are quite a few elderly people and we hope for their return to us soon. In light of these tragic circumstances, we aim to reach a donation volume of NIS 1,500,000 to help the elderly treated by us to return to peace and routine as quickly as possible.
