Donation collection for the moshavim communities affected by the war

Most of the Moshavim in Israel are incorporated under The Moshavim Movement , the umbrella organization of 254 Moshavim throughout Israel and provides services to 86 Hapoel Mizrahi moshavim and 27 Beitar Heirut Moshavim, among them the Moshavim in the Gaza Envelope region, which including: Ohad, Yevul, Yakhini, Yesha, Yated, Mivtahim, Netiv HaAsara, Ein HaBesor, Ami’Oz, Sdei Avraham (the Moshavim movement communities), and Shokeda, Shuva, Zimart, Kfar Maimon, Tushiya, Tkuma, Naveh and Shlomit (Hapoel Mizrahi communities). Since Saturday, October 7, 2023, these Moshavim, have been under a murderous attack, and some have suffered heavy losses in body, life, and property. In light of this, the Moshavim Movement opened an ongoing effort to provide a response directed to the needs arising from the remaining communities. Furthermore, the Moshavim adjacent to the northern border were also evacuated due to the ongoing conflict, these Moshavim include: Margaliot, Zar’it, Shomera, Avivim, Dovev, Even Menachem, Netu’a, Ya’ara, Shtula, Liman, Betzet and Kfar Yuval. We are turning to you, our friends around the world, to help with a donation that will be transferred in full to the Moshavim situated on the Gaza Envelope and those adjacent to the border in the north, whose residents were forced to leave their homes. Your donation will allow us to aid in the following needs: • Purchase of Living Essentials: clothing, blankets, towels, hygiene items, baby formula, medical supplies and more. • Strengthening Community and Family Resilience: psychologists, attorneys, emotional therapists, educational programs and more. • Organization, accommodation needs, transportation, and logistical help. It should be emphasized that all donations will be transferred in full to the Moshavim according to prioritization and an overall assessment of the needs. Yad Eliezer is the Non-Profit organization through which the donations will be passed on to the relevant Moshavim and activities.
