The Reservists’ League – Playing for the Spirit
The league was born from a personal initiative by Maayan Padan, an officer in the Egoz Unit, who sought a way to preserve and strengthen the bonds between reservists beyond their military service.
Together with HaHalutz – Education Through Sport, an organization with over 15 years of experience in grassroots sports, the idea evolved into a vibrant community league that blends values, competitiveness, and social cohesion.
Our Vision:
To connect reservists, preserve the unique spirit forged in service, and create an ongoing platform for connection, teamwork, and lasting friendships that continue well beyond the final shift.
How Does It Work?
The league operates as a non-profit initiative and relies on donations and public support to continue its activities. Every contribution, big or small, helps us support and show appreciation to the reservists who give so much for us all.
All donations are tax-deductible under Section 46A of the Israeli Tax Ordinance and come with significant tax benefits.
