Asael Is Building A Sports Field
By Har Hebron Fund
The war took away their childhood, lets build them a future!
Donors: 45
Asael is a settlement established in 2011 by Zionist pioneers.
What started off as three families, a few trailers, and a generator, has now grown into a burgeoning 'Yishuv' consisting of over 90 families and more than 400 children.
The goal is to develop a settlement of thousands of families in a strategic and beautiful location between Beer-Sheva and Hebron. Just a year ago, the government decided to develop Asael as a permanent settlement. The children of Asael enjoy youth groups, Torah learning groups, after-school activities, and more.
Despite all the good things we have been blessed with here, the children suffer from a lack of playgrounds and areas to play.
Until the war, the children played in a parking lot with a basketball hoop and a single goal.
At the beginning of the war, bomb shelters were placed by the Ministry of Defense to protect the preschool children in the event of a terrorist incident. Since then, even the small area that was used by the children is no longer suitable for them to use and play.
Therefore, it was decided that especially during this time, we must continue the construction and development in Asael.
The total cost of the project is $150,000, out of which we have already raised $65,000 through different channels.
The planning is complete, and the construction has begun, but we cannot continue without your help.
Come and be part of the building of Asael and the building of the future generation.
