CHAMPIONS RUN WITH SHALVA !This November, a group of champions will be running in the NY Marathon on behalf of Shalva's children and families This iconic marathon, running through five boroughs, is one of the most challenging. ?So why on earth are they doing it The reason is Shalva. Shalva has been providing transformative care to thousands of individuals with disabilities and their family members in the warmest and most loving environment for over 30 years. From infancy through adulthood, this life-transforming organization provides leading-edge therapies, inclusive educational frameworks, social and recreational activities, employment training, independent living and respite programs. Simply put, these marathonists are training for and running the ultimate, once-in-a-lifetime marathon to benefit Shalva, so that Shalva's families and individuals with disabilities, are able to conquer their personal marathons on a daily basis.
