NOAM Summer Camp Scholarship Fund

In the wake of the October 7 attack and the ensuing war, attending the Summer Camp has become even more important for NOAM members. The uncertainties of the past year need to be met by positive experiences in an affirmative, supportive and secure environment. Camp offers a safe space for NOAM kids to strengthen their resilience and deal with the new realities of a country at war. Camp provides an opportunity for some respite in a caring, enriching and fun atmosphere. The war has brought varying levels of economic difficulties to the NOAM members’ families, not least from parents serving in the IDF reserves. We have also had to move the camp to the Yatir Forest, in the south, instead of at the Hannaton Forest, its home for several years, due to the latter’s proximity to the northern war zone. The change in location, the need to meet new security demands, and provision of professional staff to assist campers in dealing with stressful situations, have led to a sharp increase cost. Please help us augment our financial aid to campers by making a gift to the NOAM Summer Camp Scholarship Fund.
