HAMUTA LEKIDUM BASKETBALL UP GALIL

Hapoel Galil Elyon, a professional-community basketball club, operates as a private non-profit organization supported by the Upper Galilee Regional Council and business entities that contribute annually. This regional team represents the communities of the Upper Galilee, Kiryat Shmona, the Galilee panhandle, the Galilee Mountains, the Golan Heights, and the entire northern region. In the past season, under the shadow of the "Iron Swords" war and the conflict at the northern border, the team was forced to leave its legendary home arena in Kibbutz Kfar Blum and relocate to various venues across the country. The players stayed in hotels, and the team's regular operations in the north were disrupted—all in order to continue playing in the Premier League and represent the Galilee, which had been largely abandoned. The team suffered from lost revenue due to sponsors being financially affected as well, and with only a small number of fans able to attend the distant games, it still managed to compete against Premier League teams. After a tough fight, the team secured its place in the top league. We need your help to continue competing with honor in the Premier League and to achieve the goals we've set for ourselves: community, values, education, and excellence. Together we will prevail!
