"Back home. Returning to the Galilee" InitiativeLaunched by residents of Upper Galilee for the benefit of the Upper Galilee communities, born from a desire to take action and revitalize life in the Galilee. We aim to map and meet the needs of residents who are choosing to return home to the Upper Galilee region. We are strengthening the communities that have remained here by mobilizing resources and hundreds of volunteers from across the country. Only in this way can we create hope for the tens of thousands of Galilee residents whose lives were turned upside down overnight and for those who are preparing to return home. Now is our time, residents of the Upper Galilee and volunteers who want to re-establish northern settlement in Israel, to take part in a historic process that revives the values of pioneering settlement on which we were raised. It is crystal clear that if we do not take care of the Galilee and our homes, there will be neither Galilee nor homes. What are we doing? First and foremost, we are starting to move - no more waiting for anyone. • Education First: Recruiting teachers and instructors for the education system, because education is the foundation of life in the Galilee. • Feeling at Home: Renovating and upgrading evacuated settlements, taking care of gardens and landscaping so that everyone who returns feels at home again. • Protecting Home: Ensuring that the State of Israel restores security to the Galilee and does not normalize the current situation. If we are not here, there will be no security. Today, more than ever, we need you with us. More and more needs and resources are required to provide a civilian response to the intolerable situation of northern residents.
