"Green in Our Eyes!" - Together with the Nahal Brigade to the Goal! The Nahal Brigade 933, "The Green Brigade," represents the backbone of Zionist values—determination, dedication, and love for the land. Over the years, the brigade has fought bravely in Israel's wars. In the War of Iron Swords, the brigade is fighting valiantly, having lost dozens of its heroic soldiers, including the brigade commander, Col. Yonatan Steinberg, of blessed memory. So far, around 53 soldiers have fallen, and approximately 700 have been wounded. The extensive and prolonged fighting requires us to act on their behalf. The Nahal Brigade Veterans Association is working to support the soldiers, the bereaved families, and the wounded by providing a comprehensive safety net and support for the brigade’s soldiers and their families. Together, we are building a unique support system to ensure that every soldier and every commander receives the necessary support, both now and in the future. The financial support we aim to raise through this campaign will be directed toward several essential goals: 1. Support for soldiers during and after service-     • Combat experience processing trips in Israel and abroad     • Evenings of respite after extended combat periods     • Assistance with integrating into the job market      • Career and academic guidance through mentoring     • Scholarships and educational support      • Financial aid for soldiers with no economic backing 2. Support for wounded soldiers across generations-     • Hospital stay kits for the wounded, including technological products to assist them during long                     hospital stays      • Laptops for recovering soldiers to enable distance learning, helping with personal empowerment and           healing      • Encouragement kits for past wounded soldiers who have been discharged from the army and                       hospitals, to maintain the connection and sense of belonging to the association and the brigade 3. Support for bereaved families-     • Memorial and remembrance evenings     • Assistance for families with weakened economic support     • Processing and support groups for family members 4. Heritage and Bravery-     • Building a Heroism and Heritage Center for the Nahal Brigade across generations Your participation in this effort, beyond expressing solidarity with the soldiers and commanders, will make a real impact on the lives of those who fought and continue to fight for the country. Note: According to the agreement with the clearing foundation in England, the association commits that all funds received in British currency as part of the campaign will be allocated solely for memorial purposes, as previously agreed.
