Yaakov Herzog Center

e Herzog Center for Jewish Identity Who We Are: The Herzog Center is a home for exploring Jewish identity and connecting its diverse expressions through learning, encounter, and action. We are a Zionist organization that upholds tradition while embracing a plurality of views, dialogue, and Jewish heritage as a shared legacy for all. Our Vision: We envision Jewish identity as a source of connection, belonging, and meaning at the national, family, and individual levels, serving as a foundation for a common language among all parts of the Jewish people. We believe that bringing together diverse groups in Israeli society around questions of identity, giving space for individual stories through dialogue and shared value exploration, combined with social initiatives in local communities, can contribute to the diversity, resilience, and unity of Israeli society. Our Activities We operate in five main areas: In-Depth Studies: High-quality learning programs that have been running for decades, attracting students from all over Israel. New annual courses are developed each year with top lecturers and experts from various fields. Dialogic Study Houses (Batei Midrash): Circular group learning that enables connection, creation, and mutual enrichment on a wide range of topics and areas of interest. "Agents of Change": A wide variety of leadership and community social entrepreneurship programs. Process Workshops: Immersive and experiential journeys led by our professional facilitators, designed to lead participants through a deep and interactive experience. Seminars and Community Cultural Events: Organized around the Jewish calendar cycle.
