"ANU – Museum of the Jewish People" is the world's largest Jewish museum. Our friends and donors serve as dedicated ambassadors of our vision in Israel and abroad and are committed to advancing our core values: Showcasing the unique and enduring story of the Jewish people throughout history, highlighting their extraordinary resilience, creativity, and capacity for renewal, even after periods of persecution and hardship. Fostering a sense of belonging and Jewish identity among Jews worldwide, connecting them to Jewish heritage and culture. The museum presents this heritage in a diverse and inclusive way, giving voice and representation to all segments of the Jewish people. Emphasizing the impact of the Bible and Jewish culture on global civilizations, with the goal of deepening the understanding of Judaism's shared foundations and its connection to the wider world. Our friends and donors support a wide array of exhibitions and special events, positioning us at the forefront of Jewish museums internationally. Their contributions enable us to bring children and youth from the periphery for enriching experiences at the museum. These fully funded visits, which include transportation, guided tours, meetings, and refreshments, help strengthen the youth's sense of identity and connection to Jewish heritage and the Land of Israel. Annual membership in the Friends Association offers exclusive benefits: Free family admission to the museum, private tours, priority access to the museum’s event spaces and invitations to special events such as holiday events, new exhibition launches, documentary film premieres and panels with leading figures across various fields.
