United for the Warriors' Families

"The bravery of women in this war is a miracle, joining the eastern wall of the many heroes in this conflict, perhaps more than in any other war." — Rabbi Yaakov Miedan A new year is upon us, and with it, we will soon complete a full year of fighting during which we have experienced despair and hope, pain and, alongside it, remarkable dedication and faith. This year has demanded commitment and sacrifice from all of us, but at the forefront stood our soldiers who left everything behind to head into battle. Behind them stood their wives and families, demonstrating incredible dedication. Over the past year, a team of volunteers has been running a comprehensive network of support for the families of the recruits—weekly meals, care packages, Shabbat cakes, summer camps, play areas for children, assistance with household tasks, and more. As the war drags on, new difficulties accumulate, presenting challenges that families must confront. Physical challenges, emotional struggles, anxieties, and feelings of lack. We face a long period ahead where we want to continue to strengthen, support, encourage, and provide physical and emotional responses for the families standing on the front lines for us. We invite you to join the campaign for our people and our land, to be full partners in strengthening and rehabilitating the families of the recruits.
