"Investing in Excellence - Today More Than Ever" The Hebrew University Secondary School has been at the forefront of educational excellence in Israel for 90 years. The school is one of the leading schools in Israel, both in student achievements and in maintaining distinctive and recognized educational programs in both middle and high school. Over the past decade, the school has made every effort to open its doors to diverse populations, enabling a wide range of young men and women to benefit from its unique curriculum and school environment. Although the school has been recognized as a specialized school for gifted and outstanding students, it still faces budgetary challenges due to a significant decrease (40%) in school fees compared to the tuition paid a decade ago. Moreover, maintaining the school's autonomous status regarding its exclusive educational programing requires the school to raise funding sources aimed at making the school accessible to student candidates whose families cannot afford the tuition fees. This year we face an especially significant challenge. The war and economic situation have affected many families, and requests for assistance have increased substantially. To address this issue, we have established the Scholarship Fund, designed to assist our students. The assistance is granted for financing school tuition and its study programs, funding assessments for students with learning disabilities, purchasing books, and providing individual support when needed. The school is committed to enabling any suitable and interested student to study at our school. Our Mission We are committed to ensuring that every outstanding student can continue their studies with us, regardless of their family's financial situation. Each year, we provide scholarships totaling approximately half a million NIS across the various assistance areas detailed above. The annual scholarship amount varies between 500 NIS to full tuition (6,150 NIS). We invite you to become a partner in this endeavor and contribute to the Scholarship Fund.
