Lamrim year

Thank you for your support of the 'Lam Rim Year' project. This project was founded by Lama Devora-La, the founder and spiritual director of the Method and Wisdom association. The practice materials of the 'Lam Rim Year' were translated into Hebrew by Lama Devora-La (Dr. Devora Tzviali) and Dr. Aryeh Tzviali, teachers at the Arava Spiritual Center, from the book Lamrim Year published by Lama Yeshe Wisdom Archive (LYWA), and Alison Murdoch edited the Lam Rim studies of Lama Zopa and his teacher, Lama Yesha, for a series of short and instructive daily meditations on the Lam Rim. The meditations are a commentary on Pabongka Rinpoche's classic book, The Gift of Liberation in the Palm of Your Hand, and are intended for daily practice, year after year. If practiced persistently, these meditations have the power to transform our entire lives. The author of the book, dear Lama Zopa Rinpoche, says that daily practice of these meditations will enrich our lives, bring us closer to insights and enlightenment, and give us a sense of satisfaction and meaning at the time of death. This translation work was done under the auspices of Method and Wisdom NPO, whose auspices the Arava Spiritual Center and his teachers.
