Adam V'Adama

Adam V’Adama was founded to instill a deep love of the land in the younger generation, fostering a strong connection to it while providing vital support to Israeli farmers in nationally strategic areas. Our first of its kind innovative AgTech program, empowers students to integrate cutting-edge agricultural technologies with traditional farming practices. Our unique educational model brings together religious and secular students, rooted in the belief that the land is a cornerstone of our nation’s future. Through hands-on work, we cultivate the values of leadership, responsibility, perseverance, and humility. Since 2015, we have established six schools, with 530 students to date. Our schools have a 100% eligibility rate for full matriculation, 80% go on to participate in gap-year programs and 60% go on to serve as either officers or commanders. Adam V’Adama is more than a high school—it’s a transformative journey that rekindles the pioneering spirit of Israel’s Halutzim. Through hands-on agricultural experience and leadership development, students gain practical skills, a deep connection to the land, and a clear sense of purpose. As a young program, we continue to measure our graduates and our impact as they enter adulthood, empowering them to drive positive change and build a sustainable, thriving future for their communities and nation.
