Emergancy Loans for Businesses in the farming Sector affected by the war
Donors: 138
In loving memory of David Schwartz, Z”L, KIEDF has teamed with Leket-Israel to establish a program within the Emergency Loan Fund in support of farmers suffering from devastating losses. David was tragically killed while serving in reserve duty in the first months of the war, and we are honored to be working with his loved ones and Leket-Israel to be doing good in his memory.
These efforts seek to help farmers recover from the devastating consequences of October 7th and the ensuing war.
To date, the KIEDF Emergency Fund has raised approximately 50 million NIS to provide ultra low-interest loans to small businesses affected by the war. We are actively working to raise an additional 30-50 million NIS to assist additional businesses in their recovery. Of these amounts, we expect to dedicate approximately 10% to our efforts within the farming sector.
We invite you to join us and become a partner of this much-needed initiative. By contributing to this initiative, you will be directly investing in the resilience and recovery of Israel's farming sector
