Support Groups for the Second and Third Circle of the Hostages’ Families

For months, the families of the hostages have endured immense uncertainty, hope, and fear. Standing beside them are their extended family members – uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends – who provide steadfast support, even as they carry their own pain and concerns. The state provides assistance to the immediate family, but the second and third circle – those who provide essential support in the fight to bring the hostages home and in assisting the immediate family – are not eligible for subsidized emotional support. We are here to change that. In collaboration with the Namal Mivtachim Center at the Mifrasim Institute, we have established dedicated support groups where these family members can find a place to speak, process their experiences, and draw strength for the road ahead.
