Yeshivat Hashem Roi

As you might know, over the last several years, on top of my regular work hours, I have been very involved in Torah and Chesed projects to benefit the ציבור. I am the Rav of a wonderful shul in Har Nof, which has become the center of all the projects that I have been working on which are for the benefit of Bnei Yisroel as a whole. Our projects, which are at different stages of development, are in the fields of chinuch, learning for working men, and the field of shidduchim. These projects are being focused at the moment towards the English speaking population, both in Israel and the US,but we will be transitioning all of them to the Hebrew speaking population as well. As you can imagine, there are a limited number of hours in a day, and, unfortunately, I have come to a point where I just do not have the time to be able to grow and expand these important projects alone, even with the people who have graciously volunteered their time and helped us to get where we are today. In order to expand these projects to really make an impact on the Jewish people, I need to bring in employees to assist me. This, on top of the non inconsequential expenses we already have ,as you can imagine, will cost a considerable amount of money, and as much as I have been basically supporting the projects up until now, it has reached a point at which I need to bring people on board who can help move these projects financially to the next level.
