Adam V'Adama

The Adam V’Adama network currently operates seven schools across Israel, with campuses in Nitzanim (Kfar Silver), Arava (Moshav Hatzva), Tabor (Kaduri), Golan (Kibbutz Ortal), Nitzana (Petachat Nitzana), and Eshkol (Sde Nitzan)—with an additional school opening soon in the Upper Galilee. What sets Adam V’Adama apart is its groundbreaking educational model, which seamlessly integrates academics, agriculture, and community living. Students receive a full high school matriculation diploma while engaging in hands-on farming, leadership development, and social responsibility—all within a boarding school environment that fosters independence and teamwork. Education at Adam V’Adama happens beyond the classroom—in fields, vineyards, and open landscapes. Each student dedicates four hours daily to studying agrotech while also actively supporting local farmers in the mornings. Outside of academics, students participate in enrichment activities, volunteer work, outdoor adventures, and personal growth programs, all designed to equip them with the skills and mindset for a meaningful future. We believe that agriculture is a pillar of Israel’s national resilience, and that working the land instills the values of leadership, excellence, and responsibility. At Adam V’Adama, we are cultivating the next generation of young pioneers who will shape Israel’s future—both in agriculture and beyond.
