It brings together young Palestinian, Israeli, and European federalists to learn, engage, and co-create a shared pathway toward a just and sustainable peace. This isn’t just a programme — it’s a growing community of courageous future leaders from both sides of the conflict, grounded in a federal vision that serves the mutual interests, stability, and security of our region and Europe alike. The programme offers our future leaders: 1. A deep understanding of federalism and its role in conflict transformation. 2. A safe, inclusive space — especially vital for Palestinian participants — to explore identity, history, and governance. 3. Practical tools for envisioning and advocating for a federal future. 4. A rare opportunity to connect with European experts and expand their international network. Participants will: • Learn from real-world European federal models and their lessons. • Engage in capacity-building workshops tailored to regional realities. • Access professional development and advocacy networks. • Take part in in-person exchanges, local visits, and international delegations. • Join a peer-based hosting and volunteering system for ongoing collaboration. Through this unique programme, participants don’t just gain knowledge — they become part of a transformative movement that introduces federalism as a powerful, inclusive approach to peacebuilding and long-term coexistence. It’s about imagining a future grounded in equality, democratic structures, and shared governance — and learning how to build it.
