Strengthening's Kolot's Impact

We are reaching out to you as a member of the Kolot community to request your urgent support for the Kolot organization and our continuing work. Since October 7, we have used our experience, knowledge, and ability to deal with complex and challenging social situations on many fronts of the rehabilitation and recovery of Israeli society, which, as we all know, is in a difficult period. Our ongoing work in various programs has convened cohorts of officials of local government authorities, mental health caretakers and trauma specialists, diverse social leaders from the tapestry of Israeli society in our ongoing Fellows Program and, most importantly, two cycles of the "Restart" program for civic leadership in the Otef/Gaza Envelope. You are invited to watch how the program influenced the amazing leaders from the first cycle to lead the rebuilding of the region in these one-minute short films about three of the participants - Esther Akiva, Ohad Cohen and Orly Patel-Aharon. The current challenges of Israeli society have directly affected our ability to raise financial resources. In order to implement these programs and the other programs that we have developed to play a significant role in the recovery process of Israeli society, many resources are required, which are diverted in Israel and the United States to the physical rehabilitation of the Otef area and the North. Accordingly, we encounter many difficulties in raising the financial resources required for the continued existence and operation of Kolot. Therefore, on these special days in the Israeli calendar, when we celebrate the resilience of Israeli society and the significant impact of our work over the years, we appeal to you, as members and supporters of the Kolot community, to consider making a contribution to our ongoing work. As one of the students in the Fellows Program said, "At Kolot, I learned a new language in order to lead a new path."
