The Fund for the Commemoration of Yeheli Gur, Of Blessed Memory

This Fund in Memory of Yeheli Gur, of Blessed Memory, is established to serve educational purposes for children, in collaboration with the school where Yeheli studied and fulfilled her potential - Etgarey Ha'atid school, which was also a great place for her. When Yeheli searched for a school that allowed her to study art and philosophy, she found her place. Just as Yeheli sought a school offering art and philosophy, we decided to create an additional point of distinction by founding a scholarship program for music lessons for the school’s students, in cooperation with the music department and the municipal music center. The foundation will begin funding music studies this month and continue as a three-year program, supporting students in grades 10 through 12. It will subsidize private weekly music lessons, while the school provides the remainder of the theoretical and professional instruction. Concerts will be organized by the municipality through a conservatory to be established in the city by next year. Scholarship recipients will be required to participate in an ensemble. This high-school music-and-ensemble activity is a positive experience for children and offers them valuable life skills. Yeheli always empowered others and lived a life of both giving and joy, alongside dedication to her studies and outstanding achievements. We continue her legacy of helping others reach excellence and enjoy the empowering journey. The monthly cost of private lessons is 450 NIS, and our goal is to subsidize 50% for each child. We plan to support 30 students per year (10 months of instruction) in grades 10–12, with a total budget of 202,500 NIS. private summer math prep lessons for the B-level matriculation exam the budget is 20,000 NIS. In this spirit, we are launching an instrument-donation drive.
