Mechinat Dror

Mechinaא Dror is a pre-military leadership academy for social justice, established by Merhavim in response to the October 7th tragedy and the “Iron Swords” war. Born out of crisis, Dror was founded with a clear mission: to raise a new generation of young Israeli leaders — principled, resilient, socially engaged, and deeply committed to the future of Israeli society. Through identity-building, personal growth, and preparation for meaningful service in the IDF, we empower our participants to lead lives rooted in values, responsibility, and action.
