The Road Ahead Leadership Academy – Nir Oz

The Road Ahead Leadership Academy at Nir Oz is a transformative educational and community initiative born from the devastation of October 7 and a determined decision to rebuild. It brings together approximately 30 young adults from across Israel, especially from underserved areas, for a year of learning, service, and leadership development. While supporting the renewal of the Nir Oz community, these participants will become an integral part of its revitalization. Through deep connection with the local community, hands-on service, and shared values of responsibility and contribution, they themselves will undergo a profound journey of personal growth and social impact.
