Celebrating 40 & 15

In 1985, soon after making aliyah, Rabbi Reuven Grodner helped shape the RRG Beit Midrash at Hebrew University into a warm space where overseas students could connect to Torah. Over the years, he has taught and guided countless students and matched thousands with chavruta partners who shaped their Jewish journey. In 2010, Rabbi Yonatan Udren joined him, sharing the vision of opening Torah learning to young men and women from every background. That vision led to the launch of Torah Café at Hebrew University in 2019, and the Nachlaot branch in 2020. For 40 years, the RRG Beit Midrash has touched thousands of lives. Today, we engage hundreds of olim, students, lone soldiers, bnot sherut, and young professionals with inspiring learning, world-renowned lecturers, Shabbatonim, and a vibrant community across Jerusalem. 40 + 15 is not only a celebration of the past—it’s a call to the future.
