Journey of the Heroines

Strengthening the Women Who Hold It All

Donors: 3

Behind every soldier wounded in body or soul stands an entire family. At the heart of that family is one woman carrying daily responsibility, concern, and emotional weight. In psychology, the process of facing crisis is often described as the Hero’s Journey a universal human pattern in which individuals confront profound change and discover new inner strengths. Yet in reality, while heroes embark on their journey, many women remain behind the quiet carriers. They hold the home, care for the children, and preserve stability often under prolonged emotional strain, with little space to pause or breathe. Research shows that sustained emotional overload without support can affect mental health, parenting capacity, and overall family resilience. The Heroines’ Journey is a five-day immersive retreat combining gentle movement, breathwork, body-based connection, and guided emotional processing within a safe and supportive women’s space. The journey allows these women to embark on a journey of their own a journey of pause, grounding, and inner strengthening through body, emotion, and community. It provides tools for resilience, calm, and renewed connection to self tools that continue to support participants long after they return home. Because when a woman grows stronger-the home can breathe again. It is an investment in the resilience of entire families and in the strength of society as a whole. 📩 For more information: +972506697955 Ester Malka
